AI receptionist · by ThemeTags

Mina answers your phone 24 hours a day.

Mina is an AI receptionist for restaurants, clinics, salons and real-estate offices. She picks up when your line is busy, when you're closed, and at eleven at night — books straight into your real calendar, takes proper messages, and puts callers through to a person the moment they want one.

Keep your existing number. Set up in two weeks. Switch it off yourself with one dial code.

Call the demo line

Ring it like a customer would. Book a table. Interrupt her. Ask for a human.

+1 (___) ___-____ Demo line coming — F-01
Mina

Thanks for calling The Clay Oven, this is Mina, the automated assistant — this call may be recorded. How can I help?

Caller

Have you got a table for four on Saturday around eight?

Mina

We're full at eight, but I have seven-fifteen or nine. Which suits you?

Caller

Nine's fine.

Mina

Lovely — can I take a name and a number for the booking?

How it works

Nothing changes for your customers — except someone always answers.

You keep your number. We forward the calls you'd otherwise miss.

📞

She answers, properly

Not a press-1 menu. A natural voice you can interrupt mid-sentence, the way you'd interrupt a person.

📅

She books into your calendar

Only into slots your calendar actually shows free. The booking lands with the caller's name and number, and they get a confirmation.

🙋

She hands over to you

Ask for a person and you get one, immediately. So does anyone who sounds frustrated, or who's calling about a complaint. Every plan, always on.

💬

She takes real messages

Name, number, and what it's actually about — sent to your phone. Anything urgent reaches you straight away, not in tomorrow's digest.

🌙

She works when you're closed

After-hours callers still get booked in for next week. You get one summary in the morning, with the things that need you at the top.

↩️

You can switch her off

One dial code from your own handset and calls go back to exactly how they were. We rehearse it with you on day one.

Your numbers, not ours

What are missed calls actually costing you?

We won't quote you an industry statistic. Put in your own figures — you know them better than any report does.

On your own figures, walking past the door each month:
Bookings lost per month
Mina, on the plan that fits
Bookings she'd need to save to pay for herself

Every figure above is one you typed. We don't publish miss-rate statistics because we can't verify them for your business — but we can call your line after closing, record what a customer hears, and play it back to you. That takes us ten minutes and tells you more than any calculator.

Pricing

One monthly fee. Setup included.

Every plan includes a set number of call minutes. There is no unlimited plan, at any price — we'd rather tell you the ceiling up front than surprise you with a bill.

Starter
$99 /month
250 call minutes included · $0.25 per extra minute
  • Human handover, always on
  • Phone or WhatsApp
  • One calendar connected
  • Daily summary
  • Setup and configuration included
Pro
$199 /month
800 call minutes included · $0.22 per extra minute
  • Human handover, always on
  • Phone and WhatsApp
  • Calendar + leads into your CRM
  • Weekly report + a monthly call with us
  • Setup and configuration included

Month to month — cancel whenever you like. If you run past your minutes, that means Mina is working: you'll see it coming in your weekly report and we'll move you up a plan, not bill you a surprise. 250 minutes is roughly 8–10 short calls a day; 800 is roughly 25–30.

Straight answers

The things people actually ask us.

My customers hate talking to robots.

They hate bad ones — the press-1 menus, and the ones that talk over you. You can interrupt Mina mid-sentence like a person. The moment someone asks for a human, or just sounds annoyed, she puts them through to your phone. And before she goes anywhere near a real customer, you listen to test calls and approve her voice. If she'd embarrass your business, she doesn't launch.

What if she says something wrong?

She can only say what we load into her — your hours, your menu, your prices, confirmed by you in writing. Anything outside that, she says she's not sure and takes a message. She only offers table times your calendar shows free. We run twenty scripted test calls before launch, and one invented fact fails the whole test and stops the launch.

Does she pretend to be a person?

No. She says she's the automated assistant in the first sentence of every call, before anything else. That's not a setting you can turn off.

Do my staff lose their jobs?

No — they stop being interrupted. Mina takes the calls that are currently going nowhere: after closing, during the rush, when both lines are busy. Your team keeps the calls they're already answering.

Are the calls recorded? Is that legal?

We follow the strictest rule in your market. Where recording is allowed, the greeting says so out loud. In the UAE we keep no audio at all — transcripts only. You get a plain-language one-pager on exactly what's kept and for how long before you sign anything.

Does she speak Bangla or Arabic?

English today — and that's the honest answer rather than the one that closes the sale. Bangla and Arabic voice quality on a phone line is not yet good enough for us to sell, and we're testing both properly before we say otherwise. For Bangla-speaking callers today, Mina answers in English and we follow up by WhatsApp text.

What if I hate it?

One dial code from your own handset and every call goes back to exactly how it works today. We rehearse that with you at launch so you've done it once yourself. It takes about thirty seconds. Month to month, so you're never locked in.

Can she take orders or payments?

Orders, yes — she writes down what the caller wants and sends it to your team's WhatsApp, and they call back to confirm. Payments, no, and deliberately: she will never take a card number over the phone.

Taking three businesses

Let us call your line after closing.

We'll ring your business tonight as a customer would, record what they hear, and play it back to you alongside Mina answering the same call. Ten minutes, no obligation, and you'll know within one listen whether this is worth your time.
